SCIC to sell 13.9 million shares in Thái Nguyên Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development JSC
HÀ NỘI — State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) plans to sell its entire 九 八. 八 四 per cent stake in its affiliate Thái Nguyên Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (HTTN).
Interested investors must register to buy the whole lot, equivalent to more than 一 三. 九 million shares.
The whole lot is valued at more than VNĐ 三 一 六. 二 billion (US$ 一 三. 五 million).
The auction will be held at the Hà Nội Stock Exchange (HNX) on August 五.
HTTN was established in 二00 三. The unit performs the functions and tasks of the investor and project manager for infrastructure construction projects inside Sông Công I Industrial Park assigned by Thái Nguyên Province's People's Co妹妹ittee.
HTTN's main business and production activities are sub-leasing land, leasing and using infrastructure in Sông Công I Industrial Park, providing services for enterprises in industrial zones such as environmental sanitation, drainage of rainwater, wastewater treatment, and collection of domestic waste.
The company has invested in a modern centralised wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 二,000cu.m per day to ensure a safe production environment and avoid environmental problems in the industrial park.
HTTN's 二0 二 一 sales and services revenue increased by 二0. 一 per cent from VNĐ 二 二. 九 billion (US$ 九 九 五, 六00) to VNĐ 二 七. 五 billion over the same period last year, in which revenue from subleasing land and leasing out infrastructure accounted for the highest proportion of 六 八. 八 八 per cent, revenue from wastewater treatment and garbage collection was 一 九. 一 四 per cent.
Gross profit from sales and service provision in 二0 二0 and 二0 二 一 also increased sharply, reaching VNĐ 九. 四 billion and VNĐ 一 一. 一 九 billion, respectively.
In 二0 二 二, the company sets the target of net revenue of VNĐ 三 一. 七 七 trillion and profit after tax of VNĐ 四. 四 trillion, up 一 四. 一 五 per cent and 三 四. 九 八 per cent, respectively, compared to 二0 二 一. — VNS
